In December we mentioned four out of our twenty residents rooms at our mens home were in the process of a long overdue renovation . I am pleased to say that we have completed to a high standard the first three rooms that were pictured in Victory Outreach UKs December blog .
As part of the residents preparation for employment under staff supervision, residents were involved in the building and finishing of all these rooms . We hope this will help further equip them and also provide an added sense of achievement toward their future goals .
Since the completion of these rooms, one resident who was extensively involved in this project has since graduated from our rehab and was automatically accepted into the second year of a college course. The residents portfolio of work was recognised and accepted as completion of his first year while in Victory Outreach UK .
