Before our clients can fully engage  in any of our fitness activities , it is important that they are eating correctly and understand the benefits of correct health and nutrition. Each person will be  inducted into a personal fitness plan that is tailored for their specific goals.

These activities can range from general fitness, body building, weight training, and fitness classes. Health and Fitness is a compulsory part of the weekly time table and helps form many practical and therapeutic benefits  toward recovery and well being.
