Victory Outreach Uk has for many years contributed to the local communities around Wales, as part of the rehabilitation process for many of the people who come to us from troubled backgrounds. The Director of Victory Outreach Uk pictured here ,arranged with a local fly fishing club for one young man to help with the grounds work. Four hours later and one side of the lake was completed and ready for the weekend fly fishing match . We believe that in contributing something positive back into the community , a vital step is made for many to begin regaining a sense of community ownership, belonging and personal dignity .
