Many of our men in their past have been far from model citizens and positive examples in the community . Our aim at Victory Outreach Uk is to help provide opportunities to begin to reverse this , and give people who want to change the access to contribute positively and become more aware of their responsibilities as individuals and to understand the value of local community. Our local library needed a little TLC with its outdoor areas so a number of our men got stuck in and spent the day clearing the surrounding site area of all weeds and rubbish. The guys did a great clean up for their local community and will continue to help make a positive contribution .
